Conference venue
The conference ESWN 2017 will be held at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, at the Center for Scientific and Technical Information (D-21 building, on the map below marked as BIBLIOTECH, Grunwaldzki Square 11).
The conference will begin in the afternoon on Sunday 28th May 2017 with welcome meeting in Wrocław Market Square. Gala Dinner on Monday 29th May will take place at the Hotel Mercure (Dominikański Square 1).
The participants of the conference are recommended to stay at the Hotel Mercure (Dominikański Square 1, +48 71 323 27 00):
- single room: PLN 369 (breakfast included)
- double room: PLN 399 (breakfast included)
To get from the Mercure Hotel Wrocław Centrum to the University of Sicence and Technology take the tram: line 2 and 10, or line 4 and 33 from the stop Gallery Dominikańska to the stop Grunwaldzki Square, three and four tram stops respectively.
Center for Scientific and Technical Information (CWINT WrUT) is an interdepartmental unit established on January 1st, 2014. It runs scientific, research, educational and service activities. Center comprises: The Traditional Library (with a collection of printed sources), The Electronic Library (with a collection of digital information sources), Center for Science and Economy Cooperation, Contact Point for Technology Transfer, Research Laboratories and Center’s Branches located at University organisational units (former faculty, institute and department libraries). CWINT is located in building D-21 (called BIBLIOTECH) at Plac Grunwaldzki 11, Wrocław, Poland. Wroclaw University of Technology (www.pwr.wroc.pl) is one of the largest and best academic schools in Poland. It is the heir to the material legacy of the German Königliche Technische Hochschule Breslau and the intellectual and research traditions of the Lviv University of Technology.
