Prof. Guido Capaldo is a Professor of Project Management at the University of Napoli Federico II, Faculty of Engineering. He is a Member of Scientific Committee of Italian Institute of Project Management, Member of Italian Association of Managerial Engineering, Member of Italian Association of Evaluation. His main research areas are project management, performance evaluation in private firms and public organization, innovation management, technology transfer, and small firms management and start up. He will give a lecture entitled “The effect of more demanding public services quality standards on the organization of service providers”.





Dr. Thordur Vikingur Fridgeirsson is an Assistant Professor at Reykjavik University. His main research and teaching work is on public projects addressing project management, risk assessment and decision analysis theories. From 2015 he has led the research hub CORDA (Center of Risk and Decision Analysis) at the School of Science and Engineering at Reykjavik University. During his career, he has acquired huge experience as a professional manager, project manager, entrepreneur and academic person. He will give a lecture entitled “The financial value, occupational impact and real life application of projects and project management in a developed country currently and future wise”.
